Темата за многоизмерните въздействия на войната в Украйна върху енергийния сектор се явява обект на специално внимание през последните месеци не само в рамките на Европа, но и в глобален план в контекста на проблематиката за породеното от възникналите усложнения преначертаване на световната енергийна карта. Естествено в тези кризисни условия няма как да се подценяват преливащите ефекти и към плоскостта на международните отношения. В светлината на тези въпроси, настоящето изследване е ориентирано към очертаване на основните измерения на трансформациите в енергийния сектор през призмата на сътресенията на ресурсните пазари и приложените подходи от страна на европейските държави за справяне с кризата. Не са подминати и конкретни примери от някои аспекти на енергийната проблематика, касаещи и България.
Energy security on the brink of conflict: will the construct of international relations endure?

In the last months, the topic of the multifaceted impact of the war in Ukraine on the energy sector provokes special attention not only within Europe, but also on a global level in the context of the generated, by the transformations, redrawing of the world energy map. Obviously, in the current energy crisis conditions, the spill-over effects to the domain of international relations cannot be underestimated. In the light of these issues, the aim of the study is to outline principal dimensions of the shifts in the energy field, looking through the prism of the shocks in the resource markets and the approaches implemented by the European countries to overcome the crisis. The paper offers also specific examples of the developments of the energy sector in Bulgaria.
