Изследва се спецификата на китайските инвестиции и кое кара редица правителства да предприемат ограничителни мерки.
Are Chinese investments in national security in Southeast Europe a threat?

Professor at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences; teaches finance at the Higher School of Insurance and Finance. He has been working in the banking and financial sector for more than 20 years, and for 11 years he has been the Director of the European and International Directorate at the BNB. Participates in the Financial Services Committee of the European Commission, where European regulations and policies in this area are developed. She was also an alternative member of the ECOFIN Council’s Economic and Financial Committee, which coordinates EU macroeconomic policy.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the specifics of Chinese investments, and in particular those in Southeast Europe, and to assess whether they would pose a risk to national security. The specifics of Chinese investment and what leads a number of governments to take restrictive measures are being studied.
