Generally, the era of turbulence that has replaced the Cold War will definitely continue to dampen, amplifying the arrhythmia of the world system. In his analysis Prof. Ganchev addresses the main ideas of the Strategy for the Development of "Socialism with Chinese Specifics". These ideas will be developed in a comprehensive system of strategies and concretely in the Strategy for establishing a new system of international relations on the basis of completely different principles. The aim of the Strategy is to unite on a par peoples that can overcome together threats to human problems and the actual challenges and find a good horizon for their future.
