The article focuses on the warnings, given by scientists from different social science spheres, on the occurrence and the consequences of the eventual pandemic. It is argued, that the virus SARS-CoV-2 creates new economic, geopolitical, and cultural circumstances, in which the unknowns for international relations are increasing with yet another element – health infrastructure. Its condition indicates the immune weakness of the political and economic order, and the ineffectiveness of political “medicine”, which ought to maintain strategic stability and culture in good health.
