Дългият път на изграждащото се сътрудничество в Черноморският регион е предпоставка за организиране на взаимодействия в сложна среда на различни по характеристики държави. Основополагащата цел за устойчиво развитие ще осигури доминация за мирно и стабилно развитие на процесите в Инициативата.

The seas and oceans have provided and continue to provide a high level of connectivity, resources and livelihoods, whichexplains why every country strives for access to the sea. Europe's maritime areas today occupy impressive territories. It is characteristic of the three maritime regions of the Three Seas initiative that they border the European Union. With the involving of the Black Sea region, pragmatism can be introduced in the relations and the principles of sharing, good neighborhoods, connectivity for achieving sustainable development in the three territories as well as cooperation in areas of interest for each of the regions can be prioritized. The long path of the developing cooperation in the Black Sea region is a prerequisite for organizing interactions in a complex environment of different countries. The fundamental goal of sustainable development will ensure the dominance of peaceful and stable development of the processes in the Initiative.
