Хибридната война е добре изяснена като същност и съдържание и като набор от средства за въздействие, агресия, налагане на интереси и поставяне под контрол на държави и жизнени пространства. Това, което трябва да се почертае, че тя изпълни с друго съдържание продължението на известната ни „студена война“. Едно, почти не афиширано и слабо изучено като най-ефективно средство на хибридната война обозначаваме като „геополитическа агентура“. Тя е може би е една от първите политически технологии на хибридната война и възниква като явление още през Студената война.
Става въпрос за игнориране или предателство на национални интереси в обслужване (защита) на чужди национални интереси. При това се имат пред вид сериозни, понякога и изконни интереси, свързани с териториални цялости, военен потенциал, икономическа, аграрна, технологична сигурност. Това провокира темата като тя касае сравнително ново, още не добре изучено явление в арсенала на съвременната геополитика
The phenomenon of geopolitical agency – the effective means of hybrid warfare

Hybrid warfare is well understood in essence and content and as a set of tools for influence, aggression, imposition of interests and control of states and living spaces. What needs to be emphasized is that it filled the sequel to our famous Cold War with different content. One, almost unpublished and poorly studied, is described as the most effective means of hybrid warfare as a „geopolitical agency.“ It is perhaps one of the first political technologies of the hybrid war and originated as a phenomenon during the Cold War. It is a matter of ignoring or betraying national interests in the service (protection) of foreign national interests. This refers to serious, sometimes age-old interests related to territorial integrity, military potential, economic, agricultural, technological security. This provokes the topic as it concerns a relatively new, not yet well-studied phenomenon in the arsenal of modern geopolitics.
