Chair of the European Resource Centre for Sustainability – CERS, the founder of the Romanian Association for Local Sustainable Development, the founder of European Resource Center for Sustainability and the founder of European Institute for Sustainable Development (Poland). Не is an experienced entrepreneur, and he has been founding, managing and administrating various companies for the last thirty years in diverse industries such as historical building and monuments’ restoration, supply of integrated solutions for infrastructure projects, design and build construction projects, consultancy services and ecological agriculture. Currently involved in projects concerning environment protection, circular economy, and intercultural dialogue.
